MISTY MILLERMisty grew up in Nekoosa, WI with her family and went to Nekoosa High where she played volleyball, basketball and track and field. After high school she attended the University of Wisconsin La Crosse where she competed as a sprinter for the Women’s Track and Field Team. She graduated with a degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Business and Education. She currently lives in Elk Mound, WI with her husband Jesse and their two boys, Keinin and Graedin. Misty has been helping people with their insurance needs since 2017. She loves to help people reduce stress in their lives by helping them to plan for their future and become financially secure. When she is not working she enjoys spending time with her family and God, nature, animals, and watching her boys play sports. |
Eric KnutsonEric grew up in rural Colfax, WI with his parents and older brother. After graduating from UW-Stout with a degree in Early Childhood Education, he taught kindergarten and third grade for a combined 11 years. He and his wife Missy have two boys – Cale and Clay. Together they enjoy being outdoors, traveling, staying active in athletics, and spending time with friends and family. Eric started in the insurance industry in 2012. Like teaching, he greatly enjoys the social aspect of insurance… getting to see and talk to many different people each day. Insurance has also allowed him to use past experience as a business owner when working on commercial policies. Most importantly, insurance has provided him a career that can both support his family and be flexible enough to rarely miss a family event. |
Heidi VenetHeidi was born in Wisconsin. However, she has been blessed with the opportunity to travel to a multitude of areas of the United States as well as varying areas in the world. She has also enjoyed being able to live in different countries and experience different cultures for a time. She lived in the Southwest for a while, and now calls Wisconsin her home once again. Heidi’s husband and his family are what originally brought her to Greenwood, and she is delighted to call it home. Heidi has 3 children and loves the friendly, family oriented atmosphere of her community. She enjoys literature, cooking, painting, stargazing, axe throwing, kayaking, hiking, camping, riding her horse, and enjoying a good bonfire with her family. Heidi has a literary background, and is currently working on a Business Degree. She is excited to help her friends, family, and fellow community members navigate through the world of insurance. |
Lisa SusaLisa has lived in Greenwood her whole life. She is married to her high school sweetheart Pat and together they have two boys, Caleb and Casey, and a granddaughter, Raelynn, and a grandson, Jeremy. Before switching careers in July of 2015, she worked as an Administrative Assistant for the School District of Greenwood for 18 years. She has loved the challenge of learning about insurance and the opportunity to work with family at a business her uncle, Allan Dallman, started. Her hobbies include camping, snowshoeing, rubber stamping cards, crafts, reading/listen to books, and spending time with family. |
Allan DallmanIn 1978, while running a dairy farm and serving his community as a member and president of the Greenwood School board, Allan began building Dallman Insurance one policy at a time on the tradition of home town service and a strong dedication to the communities that make their business possible. |
Amber DallmanAmber began working in customer service with the Dallman Insurance Agency in 2012 and was promoted to Office Manager in 2016. In that time, she has helped the Agency improve efficiency and customer service substantially, leading to the addition of offices in Thorp, Elk Mound, and Eau Claire. She grew up in Granton, WI with her parents and older sister. At a very young age, Amber learned the importance of hard work and people skills helping with the family business. She finds it fulfilling leading the team at Dallman Insurance to improve the customer experience through efficiency, user-minded technology, and relationships with clients and insurance professionals. When she’s not working, Amber enjoys spending time with family, playing games, crafting, and cooking. |
Leanne HugdahlLeanne manages crop insurance from each of our offices in the greater Eau Claire area, so you may find her at any one of the locations depending upon the day of the week. She and her husband live in Osseo Wisconsin. Two of their daughters live at home, and their oldest daughter studies forensic science at Marian University in Fond Du Lac, WI. Leanne enjoys outdoor activities like camping, fishing, hiking, sports, and soaking up all the family time she can get. Leanne joined the Dallman Insurance team in 2014. She has been in crop insurance since 1999, and has had the pleasure of working in different areas in the field. She found fulfillment and excitement when it came to working with farmers and has been in this field since 2009. Leanne’s experience has given her the unique prospective of seeing crop insurance from different angles so she can assist customers in tailoring a policy perfect for their operation. |
Wayne DallmanWayne can attribute his well-rounded and in-depth knowledge of insuring businesses, farms and families to the fact that the Dallman Insurance Agency began in the living room of his childhood farmhouse. Wayne enjoys helping businesses and farms transfer risks from their own balance sheets to competitive insurance markets to protect their assets, business income, employees, and growth in their respective industries. Wayne can be found on-location helping people throughout the Chippewa Valley. When Wayne isn’t working he enjoys family time with his wife, Amber, and their 4 children. Wayne loves the family-friendliness of the insurance business and the satisfaction that comes from helping people protect their families and businesses. |
